Temple Sinai is located a short walk from Coolidge Corner, east of the intersection of Beacon Street and Harvard Street, just behind the Brookline Post Office. Parking is available on the street. Please do not park in private lots; your car might be towed.
From Boston
From Kenmore Square, take Beacon Street. Turn left at the Holiday Inn on to St. Paul Street, right on to Longwood Avenue, and right on to Sewall Avenue.
From Cambridge
From Harvard Square, take JFK Street across the Charles River; from Central Square, take Western Avenue. Turn left on to Storrow Drive and stay to the right. Go past the entrance ramp for the Massachusetts Turnpike and turn right at the light on to Cambridge Street. Follow the directions from the Massachusetts Turnpike.
From the West
Take Route 9 to Chestnut Hill Avenue. Turn left and follow the road to Cleveland Circle and Beacon Street. Turn right and follow Beacon to the intersection of Harvard Street. Bank of America is on the corner. Turn right on to Harvard, left onto Longwood Avenue, and left on to Sewall Avenue. Temple Sinai is on the left just past the back of the post office.
From the Massachusetts Turnpike
Get off at Exit 18. Take the Allston fork onto Cambridge Street. At the 4th light turn left on to Harvard Street and follow it to Beacon Street, the 3rd large intersection. Go through the intersection and turn left on to Longwood Avenue and left on to Sewall Avenue. Temple Sinai is on the left just past the back of the post office.
Via MBTA
Take the Green Line C train to Coolidge Corner in Brookline. Walk east past Bank of America, Trader Joe's, and the Post Office. Make the next right on to Charles Street. The next intersection is Sewall Avenue. (The Sanctuary entrance is on Charles Street.)
