ShalomBoston - www.shalomboston.com - As the name implies, this site is a pretty good primer about Judaism with a Bostonian touch. Features include the following:

• A calendar of Jewish Holidays and Events, which is useful as one plans for holidays such as Passover, Chanukkah and the High Holidays
• A community section which has content on events in Boston, and groups that you can join
• Discussion Forums on a variety of topics
• A food section, where one can find recipes to a variety of Jewish dishes
• Listings of Jewish products and services in the Greater Boston area

The Union of Reform Judaism , or URJ, is the leading organization of Reform Judaism in the United States. At their site, www.urj.org , there is a section for learning opportunities at www.urj.org/learning . At urj.org, you can find:

• A glossary of Jewish terms
• The weekly Torah reading, plus an opportunity to get on their "10 minutes of Torah" e-mail list
• Content on building a Jewish Library, including recommended works of Jewish literature
• Information on Outreach and becoming a Jew

Reform Jewish Outreach , a department of the URJ Northeast Council regional office, has its own website.  This site is a resource for interfaith couples and individuals exploring Judaism. The site describes URJ's program offerings such as Yours, Mine & Ours, A Taste of Judaism: Are You Curious?, Introduction to Judaism, Inside Interfaith Marriage and New Beginnings . It lists a schedule of classes, Jewish holidays, registration information, and links to the Reform congregations in the Greater Boston area.
